I commenced the qualification mainly to hold the qualification as I felt it would add kudos to my role as observer, but I actually found the content really useful and it has improved my practice. The Level 3 Award in Principles and Practices of Assessment theory was full on, but well worth it. After the bespoke training, Janet continued supporting staff via email, telephone and face to face meetings.
