I started working with Janet after my initial training provider had gone into liquidation, and I stood abandoned halfway through my qualification. The Level 3 Award in Principles and Practices of Assessment theory was full on, but well worth it. After the bespoke training, Janet continued supporting staff via email, telephone and face to face meetings. All 20 staff are now qualified and using their newly acquired skills delivering training and assessing learners’ work.
