Gateway Qualifications Level 3 Award in The Core Values of Supported Employment
The qualifications are based on the supported employment NOS produced in 2012 in response to the growing demand for the professionalising of the supported employment sector.
The Level 3 Award in The Core Values of Supported Employment can be delivered independently of the Certificate, but is one of the units within the larger qualification and sets out the core values which are fundamental to the sector.

The Level 3 Certificate for Supported Employment Practitioners covers the full range of functions expected of a supported employment practitioner, along with the underpinning values for the sector. This includes supporting an individual through job matching, preparation for employment, working with individuals and employers and in-work support.
